When every slot is filled, South Africa will be covered in 24/7 unbroken intercession — crying out for healing, for breakthrough, and for God’s hand to move powerfully across our land.

Day 119 (27 September 2026)
Theme: A Discipled Nation Becomes a Blessing
Praying for the fruit of discipleship and Kingdom multiplication to become a source of blessing within South Africa. As individuals, families, communities, institutions, and leaders are discipled according to the ways of Christ, may their transformed lives produce righteousness, peace, justice, compassion, wisdom, service, and flourishing throughout the nation. We pray for a people who do not merely receive the blessings of God, but are formed to become carriers of His blessing, preparing South Africa to fulfil its wider Kingdom purpose

Action item 1: Pray for discipled people to become carriers of God’s Blessing.
Genesis 12:2-3 “And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. 3 I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonours you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”
- Father, teach Your people that Your desire is to bless Your people and not harm us. Father, give Your Church eyes to see people who are hurting, vulnerable, disadvantaged, lonely, or overlooked. Father, fulfil Your purposes for South Africa by raising a discipled people who can become a blessing beyond our borders. In Jesus’ name. “I will bless you… so that you will be a blessing.” (Genesis 12:2)
Matthew 5:14-16 “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”
- Father, let the transformation produced through discipleship become visible in our communities. Father, let Your people carry Kingdom values into their workplaces, businesses, professions, and areas of responsibility. In Jesus’ name. “Let your light shine before others.” (Matthew 5:16)
Galatians 3:8-9 “And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “In you shall all the nations be blessed.” 9 So then, those who are of faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith.”
- Father, establish families throughout South Africa where Your blessing is experienced and then intentionally shared. Father, let Your people carry Kingdom values into their workplaces, businesses, professions, and areas of responsibility. In Jesus’ name. “In you shall all the families of the earth be blessed.” (Genesis 12:3)
Action item 2: Pray for Kingdom values to produce national flourishing.
Proverbs 11:10-11 “When it goes well with the righteous, the city rejoices, and when the wicked perish there are shouts of gladness. 11 By the blessing of the upright a city is exalted, but by the mouth of the wicked it is overthrown.”
- Father, establish righteousness within the lives of Your people and let the fruit of righteous living contribute to the wellbeing of our nation. Father, let Your disciples become people who carry peace into environments marked by conflict, division, anger, and hostility. Father, teach Your people to steward faithfully everything You have entrusted to them-finances, possessions, opportunities, skills, time, influence, and the environment. In Jesus’ name. “The effect of righteousness will be peace.” (Isaiah 32:17)
Jeremiah 29:7 “But seek the welfare of the city where I have sent you into exile, and pray to the Lord on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare.”
- Father, give Your people a genuine concern for the wellbeing of the places where You have positioned them. Father, let Kingdom values produce people whose private lives and public lives are consistent. In Jesus’ name. “Seek the welfare of the city where I have sent you.” (Jeremiah 29:7)
Isaiah 32:17-18 “And the effect of righteousness will be peace, and the result of righteousness, quietness and trust forever. 18 My people will abide in a peaceful habitation, in secure dwellings, and in quiet resting places.”
- Father, establish a deep commitment to justice among Your people. Father, raise leaders who understand that leadership is a responsibility to serve others. May righteousness, justice, peace, wisdom, faithful stewardship, compassion, and service increasingly influence the life of our nation. “Learn to do good; seek justice.” (Isaiah 1:17)
Action item 3: Pray for South Africa to be prepared for its Kingdom purpose among the nations.
Isaiah 60:1-3 “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you. 2For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but the Lord will arise upon you, and His glory will be seen upon you. 3 And nations shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.”
- Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that South Africa would arise and embrace the Kingdom purposes You have entrusted to this nation. Let Your Church understand that discipleship is not only about personal transformation, but about preparing Your people to serve Your purposes wherever You send them. May every influence South Africa has among the nations reflect Your goodness, truth, justice, and saving grace, not human pride. Let the Church faithfully represent Christ in every place and sphere of influence. “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you.” (Isaiah 60:1) In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Acts 1:8 “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
- Father, in the name of Jesus, make Your Church a sending Church, with hearts that embrace the nations and the Great Commission. Equip and strengthen every Kingdom worker with wisdom, protection, resources, cultural sensitivity, and fruitful relationships. May we faithfully be Your witnesses to the ends of the earth. “You will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.” (Acts 1:8). In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Matthew 28:18-20 “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
- Father, in the name of Jesus, raise up mature Kingdom disciples in South Africa who will carry Christ, the Gospel, biblical truth, compassion, wisdom, and servant leadership wherever You send them. Let what You are producing through discipleship in South Africa overflow and bless the nations. In Jesus name. Amen. “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” (Matthew 28:19–20)
NATIONAL PRAYER
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray for South Africa to arise and shine and fulfil every Kingdom purpose You have entrusted to this nation. We thank You for every life that is being transformed through the Gospel, every disciple who is being formed, every leader who is being equipped, and every generation that is being raised to know and serve You.
Lord, do not allow the work of discipleship and multiplication in South Africa to remain inward-looking. Raise up missionaries, ministers, businesspeople, educators, professionals, leaders, creatives, entrepreneurs, and ordinary believers who will faithfully represent Christ wherever You send them.
Let South Africa become a nation whose blessing flows outward. Give us courage to go, wisdom to serve, humility to learn, and faithfulness to make disciples wherever You send us.
Raise up a generation that will not merely ask, “What can God do for South Africa?” but will also ask, “What has God entrusted to South Africa for the sake of the nations?” May we faithfully carry that responsibility.
Let South Africa’s influence point people to Jesus. May generations yet unborn inherit a discipleship culture that continues to reproduce Kingdom servants, Kingdom leaders, and Kingdom witnesses.
We declare that South Africa belongs to God’s purposes. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
