When every slot is filled, South Africa will be covered in 24/7 unbroken intercession — crying out for healing, for breakthrough, and for God’s hand to move powerfully across our land.

THEME FOCUS: Restoring Parents and Families as the First Place of Discipleship – Recognizing that God established the family as the primary place where faith, wisdom, character, and His ways are taught, preparing each generation to walk in covenant with Him and fulfil His purposes.
ACTION ITEM 1: Pray for Parents to Embrace Their God-Given Responsibility
(Ask the Lord to strengthen parents, guardians, and caregivers to faithfully teach their children His Word, model godly character, and nurture homes where Christ is honoured and His truth is lived daily.)

- Deuteronomy 6:6-9 (ESV) And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. 8 You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. 9 You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

Prayer Point 1
Lord, You have made us caretakers and guardians of our children but ultimately You are their maker and heavenly Father. In the name of Jesus strengthen parents, guardians, and caregivers to embrace the sacred responsibility You have entrusted to them. Fill them with love, wisdom, patience, and grace as they lead their families according to Your Word. Our children are precious in Your sight. We ask in Jesus’ name.

Father, You have given us the job to shape our children’s minds and lives to serve You. Help us to train them in Your ways. Lord, help parents to faithfully teach their children Your Word and Your ways. May Your truth become the foundation of every home, shaping the hearts, minds, and character of the next generation. Father, we declare in the name of Jesus, that the families of South Africa will be strengthened by Your grace and firmly established upon the unchanging foundation of Your Word. Let every home become a place of love, unity, peace, and steadfast faith in Jesus Christ.

National Declaration for South Africa’s Families
Father, we declare that the families of South Africa will be strengthened by Your grace and firmly established upon Your Word. We proclaim that our homes will become places of prayer, worship, discipleship, and covenant love. We declare that our children and grandchildren will walk in the fear of the Lord, pursue wisdom, live with integrity, and remain faithful to You. Let strong families raise strong leaders, and let strong leaders build a strong nation. May righteousness, peace, and the knowledge of God fill our homes, transforming communities and establishing South Africa as a nation that honours You. In Jesus’ mighty Name, Amen.
