Week 02: SPIRITUAL REALIGNMENT OF THE NATION
Theme Focus: Calling the nation back into alignment with righteous standards. Addressing misalignment in values, culture, governance, and societal systems; and re-establishing truth, justice, holiness, and reverence for God as the national plumbline.
Progression:
Week 1: National Consecration established:
- repentance,
- humility,
- surrender,
- and the Lordship of Christ.
Week 2 : Focuses of the Spiritual Realignment of the Nation; focusing on:
- correcting what is out of alignment,
- confronting distorted foundations,
- restoring righteous standards,
- and bringing systems, values, leadership, and culture back into divine order.

Rebuilding Broken Foundations: Addressing spiritual, moral, family, and societal foundations that have been weakened or corrupted; and restoring biblical foundations for future generations
Action Item 1: Cleanse the Land From Bloodshed and Defilement
Numbers 35:33 “So you shall not pollute the land where you are; for blood defiles the land, and no atonement can be made for the land, for the blood that is shed on it, except by the blood of him who shed it.”
Psalm 106:38 “And shed innocent blood… and the land was polluted with blood.”
Isaiah 1:16 “Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; put away the evil of your doings from before My eyes.”
- Cleanse our land from bloodshed and defilement: Father, we ask You to cleanse South Africa from every form of defilement and bloodshed. We repent for violence, murder, injustice, corruption, abuse, exploitation, and every sin that has polluted the land. Let the blood of Jesus speak mercy over this nation and cleanse every city, province, and community. Wash our land from wickedness and remove the stain of violence and unrighteousness. Purify this nation and restore holiness, justice, and righteousness within our borders in Jesus’ name we pray.
Action Item 2: Heal the Brokenness Within the Nation
2 Chronicles 7:14 “Then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
Jeremiah 33:6 “Behold, I will bring it health and healing; I will heal them and reveal to them the abundance of peace and truth.”
Psalm 147:3 “He heals the broken-hearted and binds up their wounds.”
- Father heal our brokenness as a nation: Father, we pray in the name of Jesus, and ask for healing over South Africa. Heal the wounds caused by division, racism, poverty, violence, corruption, broken families, and historical pain. Bring restoration to communities that have suffered devastation and hopelessness. Heal hearts, restore unity, and release peace throughout the nation. Let Your compassion and mercy flow across the land, bringing renewal and restoration to every broken place.
Action Item 3: Restore Righteous Foundations Within the Nation

- Lord restore righteous foundations within our nation: Father, rebuild and restore the righteous foundations of South Africa. Where moral, spiritual, and societal foundations have been broken, establish truth, justice, integrity, and righteousness once again. Restore families, communities, leadership, and institutions according to Your purposes. Let every broken structure be repaired and every ruined place be renewed. We declare that South Africa shall arise in healing, restoration, and divine order. We pray in the name of Jesus!
