Week 8: Advancing the Kingdom Through Righteous Action

Day 56 (28 March 2026)

National Revival and Divine Restoration

 Theme Scripture: 2 Chronicles 7:14

“If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

Action item1: Offer your life fully to God

Romans 12:1Present your bodies a living sacrifice…”

Luke 9:23If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself

2 Timothy 2:21Therefore, if anyone cleanses himself from what is dishonourable, he will be a vessel for honour, sanctified and useful for the Master

  • Total Surrender: Father, I present our lives to You as living sacrifices according to Romans 12:1. In view of Your mercy, we surrender all; our desires, ambitions, and plans; so that we may be holy and pleasing in Your sight. Let our surrender become true worship, advancing revival and restoration in our nation. Use us as vessels of Your Kingdom, that through my obedience and servanthood, Your glory may be revealed on earth. In Jesus’ name.
  • Dying to Self: Lord Jesus, we choose to deny ourselves and take up our crosses daily, following You with full devotion in line with Luke 9:23. Teach us to die to selfish desires, pride, and worldly ambitions, so that Your life may be revealed in us. Let our surrender bring revival in our hearts and restoration in our nation. May our servanthood reflect Your example, advancing the Kingdom through humility, obedience, and love, in the name of Jesus.
  • Yielded Vessel: Father, we yield ourselves completely to You, desiring to be a vessel set apart for Your purposes – 2 Timothy 2:21. Cleanse us from everything that hinders holiness, and prepare us to be useful in advancing Your Kingdom. Let our lives reflect purity, obedience, and readiness, so that we may carry revival and restoration wherever You send us. Make us vessels of honour, filled with Your Spirit, and poured out for Your glory in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Action item 2: Walk in obedience to your calling

John 10:27 “My sheep hear My voice”

James 1:22 “But be doers of the word, and not hearers only…”

John 17:4 “I have finished the work which You have given Me to do.”

  • Hearing God Clearly: Father, we thank You that we are Your sheep and You know us by name. Teach us to hear Your voice clearly above every distraction and to follow You in full obedience. Remove confusion and doubt, and let our hearts be sensitive to Your leading. As we walk in our callings, may our obedience bring revival and restoration, advancing Your Kingdom in our nation, in Jesus’ name.
  • Obedient Response: Father, thank You for Your Word that guides and instructs us. Help us not only to hear but to respond in full obedience according to James 1:22. Let our actions reflect Your truth, and may our lives be a living testimony of Your will. As we walk in our callings, empower us to act on Your Word with faith and courage, bringing revival and restoration to our nation through obedience; in Jesus’ name.
  • Faithful Assignment: Father, thank You for entrusting us with divine assignments in line with John 17:4. Teach us to walk faithfully in obedience, completing the work You have given us with diligence and humility. May our lives bring glory to You as we fulfil our callings, advancing revival and restoration in our nation. Strengthen us to persevere until the task is finished, so that Your will is accomplished through our servanthood in Jesus’ name.

Action item 3: Embrace your commissioning

John 20:21 “As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”

Acts 1:8 “You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you”

2 Timothy 4:7 “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race”

  • Sent with Purpose: Lord Jesus, thank You for commissioning us with peace and purpose. Just as the Father sent You, we receive Your sending with humility and boldness. Empower us to walk in our assignment with clarity, advancing revival and restoration in our nation. May our lives reflect the authority of Your commissioning, and may every step we take be guided by Your Spirit to fulfil heaven’s mandate on earth, we pray in Jesus’ name.
  • Empowered by the Spirit: Holy Spirit, we welcome Your power and presence in our lives. Fill us afresh so that we may walk in boldness and authority as witnesses of Christ. Empower us to fulfil our commissioning with strength beyond our own, carrying revival and restoration into our nation and beyond. Let every word we speak and every act of service be fuelled by Your Spirit, advancing the Kingdom to the ends of the earth in Jesus’ name.
  • Finishing Strong: Lord, we thank You for the calling and commissioning upon our lives. Strengthen us to endure faithfully, to fight the good fight, and to finish the race You have set before us according to 2 Timothy 4:7. May we remain steadfast in obedience, empowered by Your Spirit, and fruitful in our witness until the very end. Let our lives bring glory to You, advancing revival and restoration in our nation as we finish strong in faith and purpose in Jesus’ name

Closing Prayer for Week 8

Heavenly Father,

We thank You for carrying us through to the end of Week 8. As we stand at the threshold of Week 9, we declare a fresh release of Your grace to steward the Kingdom with faithfulness that multiplies.

Lord, we prophesy that every seed sown in obedience during this week will bear fruit in abundance. Let faithfulness rise in Your people, and may diligence, integrity, and wisdom mark our stewardship. We decree that as we embrace our assignments, the talents entrusted to us will multiply for Your glory, bringing transformation to families, communities, and nations.

Holy Spirit, empower us to walk as trustworthy stewards, advancing the Kingdom with excellence. May Week 9 be a season of divine multiplication, where faithfulness unlocks increase, and obedience births breakthrough. We declare that the Kingdom will expand through yielded vessels, and that Your glory will cover the earth as waters cover the sea.

We pray In Jesus’ Name,

Amen.
