Week 9: Stewarding the Kingdom: Faithfulness Produces Increase
Day 63 (4 April 2026)
Faithful Stewardship Unlocks Kingdom Increase
Action Item 1: Be Faithful in Little (Stewardship First)
Luke 16:10–11 “He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much. 11Therefore if you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches?”
Matthew 25:21 “His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter in the joy of your lord.’”
- Father, thank You for what You have entrusted to me. Teach me to be faithful in the little (Luke 16:10-11), handling every responsibility with integrity. Remove all carelessness, let my life reflect true faithfulness, in public and private. As I steward well, entrust me with more enlarge my territory that I may be called a ruler over many (Matthew 25:21)
Action Item 2: Honour God with Your Finances
Malachi 3:10–11 “Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this,” Says the Lord of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it. 11“And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, So that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, Nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field,” Says the Lord of hosts;
- Lord, as I walk in obedience to Malachi 3:10-11, I trust You as my source. Open the windows of heaven, pour out Your blessing. Father, rebuke the devourer that nothing will be spoilt in Jesus’ name (Malachi 3:10-12).
Action Item 3: Practice Generosity & Sowing
2 Corinthians 9:6–8 “But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. 7So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. 8And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.”
Proverbs 11:24–25 “There is one who scatters yet increases more; And there is one who withholds more than is right, But it leads to poverty. 25The generous soul will be made rich, And he who waters will also be watered himself.”
- Father, teach me to live a life of generosity and sowing with a willing and cheerful heart according to 2 Corinthians 9:6-8. Lord, remove every fear of lack, and establish You as my source. As I sow, let me sow bountifully with wisdom and obedience. Make me a channel of blessing to others that my life may reflect You. Make me a channel of blessing, and as I refresh others, may I also be refreshed I pray in Jesus’ name (Proverbs 11:24-25).
Action Item 4: Walk in Integrity with Money
Proverbs 11:1 “Dishonest scales are an abomination to the Lord, But a just weight is His delight.”
Proverbs 28:20 “A faithful man will abound with blessings, But he who hastens to be rich will not go unpunished.”
- Father, may You be delighted as honesty and righteousness replace dishonest gain and quick riches (Proverbs 11:1). Teach me to walk in integrity in all my financial dealings. May I reflect Your truth and justice in all my ways as true increase comes from You, I pray in Jesus’ name (Proverbs 28:20)
Action Item 5: Be Diligent and Disciplined
Proverbs 10:4 “He who has a slack hand becomes poor, But the hand of the diligent makes rich.”
Proverbs 13:11 “Wealth gained by dishonesty will be diminished, But he who gathers by labour will increase.”
Proverbs 22:29 “Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings; He will not stand before unknown men.”
- Father, teach me to be diligent and disciplined in all I do. Remove every spirit of laziness, delay and inconsistency. Strengthen me to work with focus according to Proverbs 10:4. Help me steward my time, my responsibilities and my resources with excellence. According to Proverbs 13:11, increase comes through my labour. Let my efforts produce righteous increase, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, release a spirit of excellence over my skills in Jesus’ name. Establish the works of my hands to reflect Your glory as I stand before kings (Proverbs 22:29).
Action Item 6: Obedience to God’s Voice leads to wealth
Deuteronomy 8:18 ““And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.”
Isaiah 1:19 “If you are willing and obedient, You shall eat the good of the land;”
- Father, I acknowledge You as my only source, the One who gives power to get wealth. Give me a willing and obedient heart. Remove resistance and teach me to follow Your voice in every decision. Establish Your covenant through my life, and let me walk in the fullness of Your provision.
