ACTION ITEM 1: Pray for Restoration, Healing, and Protection of Families and Communities
- Father, we pray for restoration, healing, and protection over every family and community in South Africa. Let Your presence fill our homes and neighborhoods, bringing reconciliation and peace in alignment to Joshua 24:15 “But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”
ACTION ITEM 2: Pray for the Strengthening of Marriages, Parent-Child Relationships, and Community Bonds
Lord, strengthen marriages, parent-child relationships, and the bonds within our communities. Let Your blessing rest upon every household, and may love, respect, and understanding flourish according to Psalm 128:1-4 “Blessed are all who fear the Lord, who walk in obedience to him. You will eat the fruit of your labour; blessings and prosperity will be yours. Your wife will be like a fruitful vine within your house; your children will be like olive shoots around your table. Yes, this will be the blessing for the man who fears the Lord.”
ACTION ITEM 3: Pray for Homes to be Places of Peace, Faith, and Blessing
Father God, we declare that homes in South Africa will be places of peace, faith, and blessing. Let every dwelling be a sanctuary of Your presence, where Your Spirit reigns and Your purposes are fulfilled in alignment to Your word: Isaiah 32:18 “My people will live in peaceful dwelling places, in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest.”
Restore righteousness, justice, and truth in South Africa according to Isaiah 1:26 – I will restore your judges as at the first, and your counsellors as at the beginning. Afterward you shall be called the city of righteousness, the faithful city.”
Let South Africa fulfil its redemptive purpose in Your plan according to Psalm 2:8 – “Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession.”
