Action Item 1: Economic Breakthrough, Job Creation, and Provision
- Father, we ask for Your blessing over South Africa’s economy. Open doors for job creation and provide for the poor and vulnerable. Release creative ideas, opportunities, and favour for those seeking employment and provision according to Deuteronomy 8:18 “And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.”
Action Item 2: Blessing Businesses, Entrepreneurs, and Workers
- Lord God, bless businesses, entrepreneurs, and workers across our nation. Grant wisdom, integrity, and diligence to all who labour. Let Your favour rest upon honest enterprise and let every business be a channel of blessing to communities according to Proverbs 13:11“Dishonest money dwindles away, but whoever gathers money little by little makes it grow.”
Action Item 3: Breaking Poverty, Corruption, and Financial Oppression
- Heavenly Father, we pray for the breaking of poverty, corruption, and financial oppression in South Africa. Judge and uproot every system and spirit that perpetuates lack and injustice. Let righteousness and generosity flow through our land in accordance to Psalm 112:1-3 “Praise the Lord. Blessed are those who fear the Lord, who find great delight in his commands. Their children will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed. Wealth and riches are in their houses, and their righteousness endures forever.”
