WEEK 3: HEALING THE LAND

Day 21 (21 June 2026)

Day 7: Healing the land through revival and national awakening:

Action item 1: A Great Harvest Of Souls

Matthew 9:37-38 “Then He said to His disciples, ‘The harvest truly is plentiful, but the labourers are few’. 38Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out labourers into His harvest.”

Acts 2:17 “‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh…”

John 12:32 “And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all peoples to Myself.”

Father, as Jesus was moved with compassion for the lost, we stand on Your Word that says that the harvest is plentiful, but the labourers are few.

As we lift Jesus up, we ask that You will draw all men, women and children across our nation to the Cross. Fulfil Your promise as the Lord of the Harvest and pour out Your Spirit on all flesh. May multitudes encounter Your love, be convicted of sin and turn to You in genuine repentance, receiving salvation and a new life in Christ.

Raise men and women who will share Your love and truth with boldness, compassion and power. Let Your Church arise and reflect the light of Christ throughout our nation.

Father, You have said we could ask for the nations as Your inheritance. We ask for a mighty harvest of souls. May every person You are drawing to Yourself have a life-changing encounter with You. Let revival touch every home, community, school, and workplace as countless lives are transformed by Your grace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Action item 2: Awakening Among the Youth

1 Timothy 4:12 “Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.”

Joel 2:28 “’And…I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy…your young men shall see visions.’”

Psalm 144:12 “That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; That our daughters may be as pillars, Sculptured in palace style;”

Isaiah 44:3 “I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, and My blessing on your offspring;”

Father, we bring the young people of our nation before You. In a world filled with confusion and pressure, draw them close to Your heart. Pour out Your Spirit on our sons and daughters and let Your blessing rest upon this generation. Give them a hunger for Your presence, a love for Your Word, and a desire to walk in Your ways.

Lord, raise up young men and women who will be examples in word, conduct, love, faith, and purity. Let them know who they are in You and give them courage to stand for truth. Let they hear Your voice and boldly fulfil the purposes You have for them.

Let revival spread through our schools, universities, churches, and communities. May this generation encounter Jesus in a life-changing way and become a shining light in our nation, bringing hope, healing, and transformation wherever they go. We ask You to protect our young people, draw them close to You and seal them in Your Spirit. We pray this in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Action item 3: South Africa As A Light to the Nations

Psalm 60:1-4 “O God, You have cast us off; You have broken us down; You have been displeased; Oh, restore us again! 2You have made the earth tremble; You have broken it; heal its breaches, for it is shaking. 3You have shown Your people hard things; You have made us drink the wine of confusion [quiver, shake, trembling]. You have given a banner to those who fear You, that it may be displayed because of the truth.”

Isaiah 42:6 “I, the Lord, have called You in righteousness, and will hold Your hand; I will keep You and give You as a covenant to the people, as a light to the Gentiles.”

Isaiah 60:1-3 “Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. 2…the Lord will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you. 3The Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.”

Father, You cast us off and the earth trembled, the foundations of our nation were shaken. Our nation has endured hardships, shaking and turmoil as You allowed us to drink the wine of confusion. We look to You for mercy, You alone are able to heal the breaches in our land. Raise over us the banner You have given to those who fear You and let Your truth be displayed throughout our nation.

Father, You have called us in righteousness and appointed us for Your purposes. Hold us by Your hand, guide us in Your ways, and establish South Africa as a testimony of Your covenant faithfulness and a light to the nations.

Father, as You arise over South Africa and Your glory is seen upon our nation, let South Africa stand as a testimony of Your restoring power. May the world see Your transforming power bringing healing and restoration to our land, bringing glory to Your name. May many be drawn to the light of Christ shining through Your people, and may Your Kingdom rule and purposes be firmly established throughout our nation. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

Closing Prayer for Week 3

Heavenly Father,

As we conclude Week 3, we thank You for Your mercy, faithfulness, and healing power at work in our nation. Thank You for leading us through prayers of repentance, restoration, and hope.

Thank You for hearing our cries concerning violence, crime, corruption, injustice, division, poverty, and brokenness in our land. Thank You for comforting those who mourn, healing historical wounds, exposing darkness, restoring righteous foundations, and bringing hope where there has been despair.

Thank You for reminding us that no family, community, or nation is beyond Your power to redeem. Thank You for awakening hearts to righteousness, stirring revival among Your people, and preparing a great harvest of souls across South Africa.

Father, as we have prayed for healing, we thank You that You are also preparing our nation for spiritual realignment. Align our hearts, our families, our churches, and our nation with Your purposes. Let all that You have begun continue to bear fruit as You lead South Africa into greater healing, restoration, and awakening.

To You alone be all the glory.

We pray in the name of Jesus.

Amen.
